Mixed bean curry for good health

You may enjoy this with rice or tortilla ( parata)/ Khubus/ puri/ Luchi.
But I also like this mixed bean curry sometimes with simple toast if some days I really don't find any taste in eating.

In this recipe I used three types of beans but sometimes I try it with more.

Ingredients:

Rajma ( kidney bean) 1/2 Cup
green lentil 1/2 cup
mung bean  ( not toasted) 2/3 cup
ginger paste
red chili 2/3
green chili 3/4
cumin 1 tbs
bay leaves 3/4
salt
oil 1 tbsp
cumin
garam masala ( optional)
water 6 cups depends on the density you prefer ( it is better if thick rather than watery)

Preparation:

wash all beans together and put in pressure cooker with salt for 8/10 whistle ( you may check it if it is already soft. Mung and lentil will mix very quickly.
In a pan fry red chilies and cumin and then put ginger paste ( or crashed ) in oil and stir and then put this spices in the boiled mixture of beans and put 1/4 tbs of turmeric and stir for some time. It is already thick. Then put while green chili and garam masala and stir and serve. You may add 1tbs of ghee ( clarified butter), and sweet if you like when you put garam masala.

Those who like onion, may mix some of chopped onion in the oil with the other ingredients.
or chopped onions and corriander and diced tomato may be used to garnish the dish while serving.
