I am a vegetarian. So I try to innovate one recipe with a variety of options.

Ingredients:

One cup of plain flour
milk 100 gram
water- 1/4 cup
1 cup of grated carrot, chopped cabbages/ ground cauliflower, potato, green chili ( 1)
salt/4 teaspoonful - or to taste
Sesame- 2 tea spoonfuls
oil- 2 table spoons
White pepper- 3 ground
Honey or sugar- optional. A small pinch is good
Egg ( optional)
Mix all the ingredients and make a dough so that it is not runny or too think to shape it with the round back of a soup ladle.

Preparation:
on a non stick frying pan pour the dough with a soup ladle and shape it moving the pan. Then sprinkle some sesame, white or black ( to your choice).
When it is dry, put drops of vegetable/ olive oil on the surface and pat it with the back of the ladle or a wooden spatula and turn it to do the same until it is cooked.
Serve it with ketch up or pickle or coffee

One can eat it with ripe banana or yogurt

on a non stick frying pan pour the dough with a soup ladle and shape it moving the pan. Then sprinkle some sesame, white or black ( to your choice).
When it is dry, put drops of vegetable/ olive oil on the surface and pat it with the back of the ladle or a wooden spatula and turn it to do the same until it is cooked.
